Mark as Useful they call my phone like 8 times a day. then when i answer they dont talk. when i call the number back its a recording! i want them to stop calling me!

Mark as Useful This morning I received a response from Paetec Communications advising the Vonage has responded to this issue by disconnecting the number and advising the account holder that their activity of this nature could no longer continue. Thank you for providing me with the information to make a formal complaint. I did attach a link to this site as support to my claim I was not the only one experiencing issues.

Mark as Useful caller claimed to be John Cross, from Cross Construction returning my bosses call- which was not true, I asked for his number to have the boss call him back and he gave me a number that was not accurate, then insisted on my bosses cell number, when I refused he cursed at me and hung up

Mark as Useful I answered the phone, and the woman said, "Is Richard Girth there"? I said, "Sorry, you have the wrong number" and started to hang up. However, She started to ask me if I had received any services from Tacoma. I said, "I don't know what youa re talking about. What services?"
And she replied, "That is what I am trying to ask you. Are you receiving services." I hung up.
This was not a telemarketer. They have a product or something to sell; they have a routine speech to say. This woman had a mature voice, and this wasn't a kid playing a prank. Whatever this is, I don't want any more of it. Thank You.

Mark as Useful I cancelled my service with Vonage about a week ago. They have my cell becuase I had issues with their device and had no phone for 3 days, they needed a way to call me back. that's the reason why I cancelled. I was fed up with them. I really don't wish them to call me again. I want them to stop calling my cell, but I do not want to answer them either. I dont wish to anyone to have to deal with Vonage again... they have a call center somewhere in India, not in NJ! Accent is very noticeable when support was needed.
